Rusty Swan-neck Moss (Campylopus flexuosus) for which capsules are quite rare, which is why Agneta pointed them out. (Thank you)

I think this is Racomitrun lanuginosum when it is wet. In striking contrast to when dry.
Although both conditions are striking.
